The short version
This site uses two cookies. Both are necessary for it to work. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and nothing that tracks you across other websites — which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
The two cookies
A session cookie. Set by the web server when you arrive, it keeps your visit together across pages — it is what lets a form remember what you typed if a field needs correcting. It is deleted when you close your browser.
A language cookie. Set only when you choose English, Portuguese or Spanish from the language switcher, so the site opens in that language next time. It lasts one year and holds nothing but the language you picked. If you never touch the switcher, it is never set.
Requests to other services
Cookies are not the whole picture, so for completeness:
This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Google sets no cookie through this and we send it no other information about you.
The appointment booking widget is served from our client management system at hannesimmigration.infrabit.co. It loads on every page but contacts that system only when you open it.
Links to WhatsApp and to the IAA register take you to sites we do not control. Nothing is sent to them until you click.
Turning cookies off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the two above will not stop you reading the site, but the language switcher will forget your choice on every page.
