Who we are

This website is operated by Hannes Immigration Services LTD, registered office 4 One Tree Place, Station Rd, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 5DN, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority, registration number P059741, at Level 1. You can verify our registration on the IAA public register.

What this website is, and is not

The information on this site is general information about UK immigration routes. It is not legal advice about your situation, and you should not act on it without speaking to us or to another regulated adviser.

Immigration Rules change often. We keep these pages current as best we can, but the position that applies to you is the position on the day your application is decided.

Sending an enquiry does not create a professional relationship between us. That begins only when we have agreed to act for you in writing and you have accepted our engagement letter.

Our advice

We advise only on the routes described on this site. If your situation falls outside them we will tell you so, and where we can we will point you somewhere that can help.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any application. No adviser can. What we do is identify and address the weaknesses in an application before it is submitted. Any view we give on your prospects is our professional opinion, not a promise.

Fees

Our fees are quoted to you in writing before any chargeable work begins, and are set out in your engagement letter along with what they cover, when they fall due, and what happens if you cancel.

Home Office fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric fees and any translation or courier costs are separate from our fee and are paid to the relevant body, not to us. The Home Office does not refund its fees if an application is refused.

Your responsibilities

The advice we give is only as good as the information you give us. You agree to give us accurate and complete information, to tell us promptly if your circumstances change, and to provide documents in time for us to meet a deadline.

We cannot be responsible for an outcome that follows from information that was withheld from us or that turns out to be untrue.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for the consequences of a decision made by the Home Office or any other authority.

Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not republish them or use them commercially without our written permission.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us first. Our complaints procedure is set out in the Client Care Letter we send you, and explains how to raise a concern with us and how to escalate it to the Immigration Advice Authority if we cannot resolve it. You do not need our permission to go to the IAA, and you can do so at any stage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
