These applications are won and lost on evidence
Nobody is refused a family visa because a caseworker did not believe in the relationship. They are refused because the evidence did not prove it in the form the rules require — a bank statement in the wrong name, a payslip outside the period, a gap in the story that nobody explained.
What we check
Whether your relationship evidence tells a clear and consistent story across the whole period, rather than a folder of documents that each make sense alone. Which of your income sources actually count towards the minimum income requirement, and in what combination — this is the single most misunderstood part of the route. Whether savings can be used, and whether they have been held in a way that qualifies. Accommodation and English language. And any previous refusal, which has to be addressed head-on rather than hoped past.
What we do
We build a financial evidence plan matched to the specified evidence rules, so that every document is the one the rule asks for rather than the nearest thing to hand. We organise the relationship evidence so a caseworker can follow it in the order they will look for it. And we submit with a covering letter that takes each requirement in turn and points to the evidence that meets it.
