04Before you commit
The things people actually worry about.
Six questions we are asked in almost every first consultation. Open any of them.
I am afraid of a refusal. How do you reduce that risk?
The fear is reasonable — a refusal can set back plans built over years. We audit your whole profile before a single document goes to the Home Office, testing each piece of evidence (financial, relationship, accommodation) the way a caseworker will read it. We submit when we are satisfied the application meets the requirements, not before. What we cannot do is guarantee an outcome, and anyone who offers you that is not being straight with you.
The bureaucracy is overwhelming. Am I dealing with it alone?
No. Taking that weight off you is the point of the service. You do not have to navigate government portals or work out which form is which. You upload your documents to the client portal and we handle the organisation, the forms, the translations where they are needed, and the formatting the Home Office expects.
The rules keep changing. How do I know where I stand?
You do not need to follow the Immigration Rules — that is our job. At the profile analysis we translate the legal language into plain terms, explain exactly which rules apply to your circumstances, tell you what your position honestly looks like, and set out the safest route to a decision.
What if I lose the money?
Home Office fees are high and are not refunded when an application is refused, so applying without being sure you meet the requirements is a real financial risk. Our work is largely about protecting that outlay: confirming your eligibility and your evidence before submission, so you are not paying the government twice because of something avoidable.
The wait is long. How do I know what is happening?
Waiting on a decision is the hardest part. Your client portal shows the stage your case is actually at — documents reviewed, biometrics booked, awaiting decision — so you can check rather than phone to ask. We also tell you when something changes at the Home Office that affects your route.
What if I send the wrong document without realising?
This is the most common mistake people make applying alone: a bank statement in the wrong format, or a certificate that is missing. You get a checklist built for your case and a place to upload each item. We review every file you send, and if something is unreadable, incomplete or in the wrong format we tell you and fix it long before it reaches a caseworker.

Not sure which route fits?
That's exactly what a consultation is for. We'll assess your circumstances and tell you plainly which route — if any — is open to you.
