The sponsorship is not the whole story
A Certificate of Sponsorship feels like the hard part is over. It is not. The certificate has to describe a role that genuinely qualifies, at a salary that clears both the general threshold and the going rate for that occupation code — and it is the combination that catches people out, not either test on its own.
What we check before anything is submitted
That the Certificate of Sponsorship matches the job you are actually being employed to do, and that the occupation code is the right one. That the salary satisfies both thresholds that apply to you, including any reduction you are entitled to rely on. That your English language evidence is in a form the Home Office accepts. That maintenance and, where the country requires it, criminal record certificates are in order before they hold the application up.
What we do
We review every document against the requirement it is there to meet, complete and submit the online application, and take you through biometrics, the decision, and the conditions attached to your stay — including what you may and may not do, and what has to happen if the job changes.
Partners and children can apply as dependants, and it is usually simpler to prepare those applications alongside yours than to come back to them later.
